You will refine AI-generated video ad scripts to ensure they have personality, rhythm, and effective hooks. You will also collaborate with video editors and iterate on content based on performance data.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in video scriptwriting and is comfortable using AI tools daily. Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required for this role.

We're 40+ people, based in Lisbon, dynamic and solution-oriented, using AI to work smarter. We move fast, test constantly, and tie every creative decision back to data and business outcomes.
We're looking for a Copywriter who knows how to turn AI-generated drafts into scripts that actually sound human. Our video ad scripts start with AI, but it takes a sharp writer to shape them into something with rhythm, personality, and a real hook. Someone who can write for the ear and for the scroll, not just the page.
You won't be fixing the machine's mistakes — you'll be the taste and judgment that decides what's worth keeping. The AI drafts fast; you make it good.
Write and refine scripts for video ads across our client portfolio
Take AI-generated drafts and rework them - tone, pacing, personality - so they land like a real person wrote them
Partner closely with our video editors to make sure scripts translate well once they hit the screen
Craft hooks, CTAs, and messaging angles adapted to different audiences and platforms
Stay on top of trends and formats that are actually working in short-form video right now
Iterate fast based on performance data and creative testing feedback
Proven experience writing scripts or copy for video/creative content, in any area of marketing
Comfortable using AI writing tools daily, with the judgment to know what to keep, cut, or completely rewrite
A strong storytelling instinct: you can spot what makes a script feel flat and know how to fix it
Fluency in both Portuguese and English, written and spoken
Thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-iterate environment
