Full job description

Role Overview
As Accordant continues expanding its portfolio of proprietary software solutions and integrations through our growing Accordant Software division, we’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, customer needs, and technology. This individual will define and deliver solutions that enhance client outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and support Accordant’s continued growth.

The Product Manager will own the end-
to-end product lifecycle for assigned software solutions, from identifying market opportunities and defining product strategy through execution, launch, and continuous improvement. This individual will partner closely with clients, Sales, Marketing, Development, Client Success, and leadership teams to understand business challenges, shape solutions, and deliver products that create meaningful value.

Serving as the bridge between business opportunities and technical execution, the Product Manager will conduct market research, evaluate competitive landscapes, develop product recommendations, define priorities, and
establish success criteria to guide product investments and evolution.

This role requires strong product ownership, strategic thinking, analytical ability, and the ability to influence across a growing, matrixed organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable building structure in an evolving product environment and helping shape the future of Accordant’s software portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned products in alignment with Accordant’s strategic goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities for new products, enhancements, and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Development, Client Success, and leadership teams to validate product opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Translate business challenges, customer insights, and market opportunities into clear product requirements, priorities, and actionable plans.
  • Build business cases and recommendations to support product investments, prioritization decisions, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with technical leaders to assess solution feasibility, technical considerations, effort, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams and project/resource management partners to support execution and ensure alignment with product strategy.
  • Develop product positioning, pricing recommendations, packaging strategies, and value propositions to support market adoption and business growth.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams on go-to-market planning, product launches, enablement materials, and customer-facing messaging.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Establish feedback loops with internal teams, clients, and end users to continuously improve product experiences and outcomes.
  • Maintain product documentation, roadmaps, requirements, and reporting to ensure visibility and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Serve as an internal advocate for assigned products, creating clarity, alignment, and excitement across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within complex B2B SaaS, enterprise software, ERP, or technology-enabled services environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing software products from concept through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market opportunities, analyze data, and make informed product recommendations.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
  • Experience partnering with software development teams and technical stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with pricing strategy, product positioning, go-to-market planning, or SaaS business models preferred.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, workflow automation, ERP platforms, or AI-enabled solutions is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating in a growing product organization where processes are evolving, and opportunities are being defined.

Always Choose Exceptional | Lead with Integrity | Embody Respect and Care Deeply | Embrace Change and Innovation
