In this salaried, full-time role, you will own the regional sales strategy for high-value aesthetic devices, build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and medical practices, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and post-sale support. Partnering closely with marketing, clinical, and service teams, you will position our solutions as best-in-class, educate customers on clinical and financial value, and consistently deliver on ambitious growth targets while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to drive capital equipment sales within the Jacksonville, FL region and surrounding markets.
  • Own the full sales cycle for medical aesthetic capital equipment, including prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify and target key decision-makers within medical practices, including physicians, practice owners, and administrators, to build and expand long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct high-impact in-person and virtual sales presentations, demonstrating deep product and industry knowledge tailored to customer needs and practice goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical education, and service teams to support product launches, educational events, workshops, and in-practice demonstrations.
  • Analyze territory performance, pipeline, and market trends to accurately forecast revenue and adjust sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities while expanding revenue with existing customers through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Provide consultative sales support by understanding customer clinical objectives, patient demographics, and financial drivers to position our capital equipment as the preferred solution.
  • Represent the company at regional and national trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build brand presence and generate qualified leads.
  • Ensure timely and accurate use of CRM tools for account management, opportunity tracking, and reporting on key sales metrics.
  • Monitor competitive activity within the aesthetics capital equipment space and provide feedback to leadership to refine positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and customer onboarding, supporting long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and company policies while maintaining the highest ethical standards in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in capital equipment sales, preferably within the medical or aesthetics industry.
  • Several years of B2B field sales experience selling high-value capital equipment or technology solutions to physician practices, hospitals, or medical facilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets in a competitive, quota-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of the medical aesthetics market, including physician practice dynamics, patient demand drivers, and ROI-based selling.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills, with experience structuring complex deals and long sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
  • Strong business acumen, including the ability to discuss financial models, ROI, and practice growth strategies with customers.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales productivity tools to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and report on sales activity.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role with frequent customer-facing activity.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the Jacksonville, FL territory and occasionally to regional or national meetings, trainings, and events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field; equivalent experience in capital equipment sales will be considered.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
