Lead the administrative, economic, and financial management of assigned projects and companies to ensure operational control and financial planning. Supervise budgets, treasury, and tax obligations while coordinating financial information with partners and corporate areas.
Requires a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance with consolidated experience in financial control of construction projects. Must have a C1 level of English and deep knowledge of joint ventures and corporate structures.
Misión:
Liderar la gestión administrativa, económica y financiera de las obras y sociedades asignadas, garantizando el adecuado control de las operaciones, la planificación financiera y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos.
Funciones:
Diseñar y supervisar los procedimientos de control económico y financiero de las distintas sociedades y joint ventures.
Elaborar presupuestos, revisiones anuales y análisis de desviaciones.
Gestionar y controlar la tesorería y la planificación financiera.
Supervisar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales y administrativas.
Coordinar la información financiera con socios, responsables de obra y áreas corporativas.
Organizar y planificar el departamento, distribuyendo adecuadamente sus recursos.
Requisitos:
Titulación universitaria en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas o formación similar.
Experiencia consolidada en administración, control financiero y gestión económica de proyectos u obras.
Conocimiento de diferentes vehículos societarios, especialmente joint ventures, UTE, sociedades y estructuras similares.
Nivel de inglés mínimo C1, imprescindible para la interlocución habitual con socios americanos.
Dominio de herramientas de control de tesorería, presupuestación, planificación financiera y análisis de desviaciones.
Conocimientos amplios en materia fiscal, contable y financiera.
Capacidad de liderazgo, organización, planificación y coordinación de equipos.
Disponibilidad para gestionar las obras y sociedades ubicadas en Rota, Lajes Azores y Morón.
