Lead and supervise the Occupational Health and Safety Management System to ensure legal and corporate compliance across operations. This includes identifying hazards, managing contractor safety, and promoting a strong preventive safety culture.
Requires a degree in Industrial, Safety, Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering with a specialization in Health and Safety. Candidates need 5 to 8 years of experience in high-risk sectors like energy, mining, or construction, and proficiency in English.
Misión:
Ejecutar las partes del proyecto asignadas dentro de su unidad/departamento, de acuerdo a procedimientos establecidos, a fin de facilitar el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos y coordinar los recursos necesarios (humanos y materiales), impulsando la aportación de mejoras significativas al proyecto.
Esta subfunción se responsabiliza de todas las actividades relacionadas con la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores de la empresa. Entre sus actividades se incluyen: reconocimiento y evaluación de riesgos de accidentes y enfermedades profesionales, control de riesgos en el ambiente o medios de trabajo, formaciones de prevención de riesgos y difusión de la importancia de dicha prevención, registro de información y análisis de la información, asesoramiento y soporte técnico a los empleados de la compañia.
Liderar, implementar y supervisar el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Acciona Transmisión Perú, garantizando el cumplimiento legal, corporativo y operativo en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales, promoviendo una cultura preventiva sólida y asegurando condiciones de trabajo seguras para todos los colaboradores y contratistas.
