A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for six months of experience working with behavioral health populations. CPR and de-escalation certifications are required, though training is provided upon hire.

PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Responsible for providing personal care services to patients at the facility under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
· Competitive hourly rates
Hourly rate is negotiable depending on years of experience, education, and other factors. The general hourly pay range for this role is $14-$17.87.
This role does offer a shift differential of $3/hour for hours worked at night.
