Responsible for implementing the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system to achieve sustainable prevention goals. This includes advising on incident investigations, managing legal compliance plans, and monitoring preventive and impact indicators.
Requires a degree in Safety and Industrial Hygiene, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in EHS management systems. Intermediate proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools is required.

Esta posición está ubicada en la sede de Lince en la división de EPD (productos farmacéuticos establecidos). Nuestro amplio portafolio de medicamentos genéricos de marca diferenciada y de alta calidad abarca múltiples áreas terapéuticas, incluidas la gastroenterología, la salud de la mujer, los cardiometabólicos, el manejo del dolor / sistema nervioso central y las vías respiratorias.
Como ANALISTA DE EHS, serás responsable de la Implementación Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad, Salud y Ambiente de sus respectivas áreas de soporte a fin de alcanzar los objetivos de prevención de manera sostenible.
RELACIONES ORGANIZATIVAS:
REPORTA A: Especialista de EHS
COORDINA CON: SUpervisores, con el área de operaciones, finanzas, exeelencia operacional, mantenimiento y Calidad.
Asesorar a los líderes de área durante la investigación de incidentes y accidentes, en cuanto a definición de acciones correctivas y preventivas, así como la verificación del cierre de las mismas.
Plantear programas de Gestión de cada área a la que da soporte tomando como fuentes: auditorías y evaluaciones de cumplimiento legal, análisis de estadísticas, A3 operaciones, autoevaluaciones EHS, auditorías internas y externas, IPER, fiscalizaciones de autoridades competentes, objetivos corporativos EHS, estudios de higiene ocupacional, entre otros diagnósticos.
Seguimiento a la ejecución de los planes de adecuación al cumplimiento de los requisitos legales EHS, y reportar el avance mensual a través del programa de gestión.
Revisar la ejecución de los controles de cambio EHS a los líderes de áreas, y verificar en los procesos de revisiones mensuales y auditorías internas que los cambios se realizan bajo una evaluación de riesgo.
Dar soporte a las auditorías internas periódicas a los procesos de planta y proveedores críticos por EHS, a fin de evaluar el nivel de desempeño del Sistema de Gestión EHS, y proponer planes de mejora.
Procesar y velar por los indicadores de gestión preventiva (Orden y limpieza, inspecciones y observaciones planeadas, Incidentes, causalidad de accidentes, entre otros); así como los indicadores de impacto (IS, IF, N° Incidentes reportables), manteniendo actualizados los planes y fechas de compromiso en los sistemas corporativos Quick Base y Action Management así como en la matriz de seguimiento local.
Egresado de la carrera de Ingeniería de Seguridad e Higiene Industrial, Ingenienía ambiental y /o Indust
Conocimiento intermedio en herramientas informáticas y de presentación (Excel, Power Point y Word).
Conocimiento de Ingles a nivel intermedio
Desable cursos relacionados a Seguridad e Higiene Industrial
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos similares con experiencia en implementación y/o mantenimiento de sistemas de gestión OHSAS 18001 o ISO 45001,.
