Esta posición está ubicada en Quinta Normal para la división de Productos farmacéuticos establecidos (EPD). Nuestro amplio portafolio de medicamentos genéricos de marca diferenciada y de alta calidad abarca múltiples áreas terapéuticas, incluidas la gastroenterología, la salud de la mujer, los cardiometabólicos, el manejo del dolor / sistema nervioso central y las vías respiratorias.
Como Jefe de Administración y Contratos, tendrás la responsabilidad de la gestión de contratos y servicios generales (alimentación, limpieza, lavandería, transporte, entre otros), asegurando su correcta ejecución, cumplimiento normativo y eficiencia operativa. Lidera equipos, coordina proveedores, gestiona presupuestos y vela por la mantención de infraestructura, promoviendo la colaboración y la mejora continua.
Responsable de gestionar los servicios de alimentación, limpieza y aseo, ropería, lavandería y servicios de transporte del personal. Para esto deberá distribuir el trabajo en sus reportes directos para que todos los servicios administrados se entreguen en tiempo y forma de manera eficiente y eficaz.
Responsable de controlar, revisar y supervisar que los gastos se provisionan mes a mes, enviar el detalle o solped al área de abastecimiento mensualmente para que se registren en SAP de manera oportuna.
Responsable de realizar la recepción de los servicios en SAP a través de la transacción MIGO, verificando que el gasto por el servicio recibido sea el correcto y adjuntando la documentación que respalde la información.
Administrar el funcionamiento de los servicios generales necesarios para la normal operación de las instalaciones de la compañía, a fin de entregar un servicio óptimo a nuestros clientes internos.
Coordinar la relación con los proveedores de servicios de aseo, ropería, servicios de transporte, mantención, jardinería y alimentación, gestionar la evolución de estos de acuerdo con políticas y procedimientos e implementar mejoras, para asegurar la calidad y eficiencia de los servicios.
Administrar, controlar y negociar servicios de aseo, ropería, jardinería, servicios de transporte, alimentación y mantención, velando por un adecuado control de gastos asociados.
Preparar las bases de licitación técnicas para las empresas que proveen servicios para el normal funcionamiento de la compañía, asegurando la transparencia y competitividad en los procesos.
Revisar reportes mensuales de los diferentes servicios, estableciendo índices de cumplimiento y gestión para optimizar los recursos económicos y financieros necesarios para conseguir los objetivos planteados.
Liderar y supervisar al equipo a cargo, capacitarlo y realizar evaluación de desempeño, para asegurar el desarrollo profesional y el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área.
Conocer y aplicar el sistema integrado de gestión de la empresa, para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas y procedimientos establecidos.
Entregar información a distintas gerencias para apoyar en la toma de decisiones, asegurando la disponibilidad de datos precisos y oportunos.
Administrar los recursos asignados, optimizando su uso para alcanzar los objetivos organizacionales.
Controlar el cumplimiento de los POES que involucren a personal externo, asegurando cumplimiento de las normas GMP, revisar las bitácoras para garantizar un registro preciso y correcto.
Revisar información para envío del cierre de servicios a Subgerencia.
Formación profesional en Ingeniería Comercial, Contador Auditor, Administración de Empresa, Ingeniería en Administración o carrera afín.
Experiencia recomendada mínimo 8 años de experiencia en administración, 4 ó 3 años liderando equipos.
Experiencia en empresas de rubros Industriales o Manufactureros.
Excel avanzado (excluyente).
ERP (SAP, Oracle, Softland u otro).
Manejo de herramientas Microsoft 365.
