Train team members in assembling and installing sub-assembly components for commercial HVAC products while ensuring quality and productivity standards. Serve as the primary contact for line issues and oversee the final sign-off of production paperwork.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to meet demanding physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Must possess leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
