Responsibilities

Lead customer marketing and activation plans across the East Coast US to engage chefs, distributors, and foodservice partners. Partner with sales and global marketing teams to deliver high-impact brand experiences and measurable commercial outcomes.

Requirements

Requires over 3 years of experience in brand or customer marketing, preferably within the food, beverage, or hospitality sectors. Candidates must have a strong understanding of the New York and East Coast foodservice landscape and proven experience in event execution.

Full job description

Who we are:
Westholme Wagyu is a premium Australian Wagyu brand built on a deep connection to provenance, land and craft. Raised across expansive northern Australian landscapes, Westholme cattle are managed with care to produce consistently high-quality Wagyu enjoyed by chefs, restaurants and food lovers around the world.

We are committed to sharing exceptional Australian Wagyu with the world through thoughtful brand storytelling, strong customer partnerships and a deep respect for our people, animals and land — and we’d love you to join us.

The Opportunity:

As our Customer Activation Manager, you’ll bring Westholme Wagyu to life in the New York and East Coast food scene — connecting with chefs, restaurants, distributors and foodservice partners through memorable activations, events and customer experiences. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner closely with sales and global marketing teams to transform insights into action and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

We're looking for an energetic marketer who can think big, execute brilliantly and build strong relationships across the industry. If you’re passionate about restaurants, chef partnerships, hospitality, premium brands and creating experiences that make people excited to taste, talk about and choose Westholme Wagyu, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead customer marketing and activation plans across the East Coast US region, aligning brand strategy with commercial priorities.
  • Design and deliver high-impact marketing programs, events and brand experiences that engage distributors, chefs and customers.
  • Partner closely with the US Sales team to drive brand growth and unlock new opportunities within key accounts and channels.
  • Manage agency partners, activation resources and marketing budgets to ensure exceptional execution and return on investment.
  • Leverage market intelligence, customer insights and performance data to inform decision-making and optimise future initiatives.
  • Develop compelling customer-facing tools, presentations and marketing collateral that support business growth.
  • Act as the voice of the market, providing insights and recommendations that influence both regional and global marketing strategies.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in brand or customer marketing, ideally within food, beverage, hospitality or premium consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of the New York and East Coast foodservice landscape.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering successful activation, event and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets and multiple stakeholders across complex projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data and insights into business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • A highly organised and proactive approach, with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
  • Confidence working autonomously in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across global teams.
  • A passion for food, hospitality, dining experiences and premium brands.

Why AACo?

We’re a values-led organisation where curiosity, generosity and accountability guide how we work. We care deeply about our people, our animals and the land on which we live and work, and we’re proud of our legacy - one that’s rooted in history and driven by innovation.

At AACo, you’ll enjoy:

  • Tailored career development and leadership growth opportunities
  • Flexible work arrangements to support balance and wellbeing
  • Access to industry-leading training and mentoring
  • A collaborative, inclusive culture where your impact is valued
  • Connection to a meaningful purpose
