The Senior Instructional Designer will design, develop, and maintain world-class learning programs while consulting with stakeholders to drive business results. They are responsible for leading project teams, managing milestones, and evaluating the impact of training solutions through formal and informal metrics.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in instructional design or program management. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems, and multimedia design software is required.

The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of world-class programs for the Learning and Development team. This role will continuously improve learning programs using an array of creative approaches that drive productivity and innovation.
This role will consult and lead several projects for Learning and Development across departments with numerous stakeholders, subject matter experts and/or business partners, to create exceptional content focused on adult learning and business results. Must be an exceptional instructional designer, creative e-learning expect and able to mentor other learning professionals.
Works in an office environment sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation for extended periods of time. May travel by car, plane or other form of transportation to execute training, attend business meetings or conferences. Approximately 50-80 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.
