The agent is responsible for making warm sales calls and engaging branch visitors to identify financial needs and sell AAA Life Insurance products. They must provide excellent customer service to maintain member retention and meet monthly sales goals.
A high school diploma is required, and candidates must be able to qualify for a Life Insurance License. Effective communication skills and a competitive sales drive are essential, while prior insurance experience and a college degree are preferred.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $86,200 - $105,300 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
