The Senior Finance Manager will lead the global accounting function, overseeing general ledger, tax operations, and financial reporting across multiple international entities. They will also manage treasury activities, perform budget analysis, and drive the implementation of financial automation and AI tools.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in accounting and possess a CPA certification with at least 4 years of experience in a global high-tech environment. A strong command of US GAAP, revenue recognition, and hands-on experience with financial systems like NetSuite is required.
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on finance leader to own our global accounting function and help build the foundation for our next stage of growth.
· Lead and manage the global accounting function, including general ledger, AP, AR, collections, revenue, and tax operations across all entities (Israel, US and UK).
· Own the monthly and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and applicable local statutory requirements.
· Manage the annual external audit, serving as the primary point of contact with external auditors.
· Oversee global tax compliance- including corporate income tax, VAT, sales tax, and transfer pricing in partnership with external advisors.
· Treasury & Cash Management: Strategically manage global cash flow, oversee bank relationships, and ensure robust liquidity planning and reporting to support the company’s growth.
· BVA analysis: perform monthly Budget vs. Actual (BVA) analysis. Provide insights into variances and support the company’s forecasting and planning processes.
· Lead the charge in adopting AI tools and financial automation to replace manual workflows,
· Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting; CPA and over 4+ years of experience in finance roles at a global high-tech company; (graduated from Big 4 accounting firms- advantage).
· Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles; financial reporting and US GAAP.
· Hands-on approach with attention to detail, organization, reliability and a “get it done” attitude
· Prior experience managing NetSuite in a global, multi-subsidiary environment - Advantage.
