The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for customers, managing the service process from check-in to vehicle pick-up. Responsibilities include conducting vehicle inspections, preparing repair orders, providing accurate cost estimates, and maintaining clear communication with customers regarding their vehicle status.
Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. A valid G driver's license is required, and previous automotive industry experience is considered an asset.

We’re looking for a customer-focused, organized, and energetic Service Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team! As the first point of contact for service customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional, and friendly experience from check-in to pick-up.

Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 per year
