The Key Operative is responsible for supervising production efficiency, monitoring product quality, and ensuring staff adhere to safety and hygiene standards. They also oversee team training, manage documentation, and ensure production targets are met promptly.
Candidates should have strong leadership and communication skills with previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. A solid understanding of site operations and product knowledge is required, with IOSH Managing Safety certification considered a desirable qualification.
