Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver play-based therapy to improve fine and gross motor skills in children. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care and education.
Must possess a valid NYS Occupational Therapist license. Pediatric experience working with children with developmental delays and disabilities is strongly preferred.

123 Baby Talks Developmental Services, LLC is a dedicated center-based Early Intervention program committed to providing high-quality care to children with developmental delays and disabilities. We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team.
We are looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist available for sessions 2 times a week, 6 hrs a day. You will work closely with children, families, and other therapists to promote fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.

What We Do We provide comprehensive early intervention services designed to meet the developmental needs of children from birth to age three. These services are tailored to each child’s unique needs and are provided at no direct cost to families, as they are funded by New York State and the county. Our Early Intervention Services Include: Evaluations and Assessments: Comprehensive developmental evaluations to identify specific needs. Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) Development: Collaborative plan development that outlines services, goals, and strategies tailored to each child. Speech-Language Therapy: Techniques and interventions to improve communication skills. Physical Therapy: Support for physical development, strength, and coordination. Occupational Therapy: Assistance with fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities. Special Instruction: Educational services focusing on cognitive, social, and emotional development. Family Training and Counseling: Educational resources and support for families to effectively contribute to their child’s progress. Nutrition Services: Guidance on dietary needs to support overall health and development. Social Work Services: Support to address social or emotional concerns and connect families with community resources. Vision Services: Assessment and interventions for children with visual impairments.
