123 Baby Talks Developmental Services, LLC is a dedicated center-based Early Intervention program committed to providing high-quality care to children with developmental delays and disabilities. We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team.
The Role:
We are looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist available for sessions 2 times a week, 6 hrs a day. You will work closely with children, families, and other therapists to promote fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify strengths and challenges in fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, and sensory processing.
Deliver engaging, play-based direct therapy services to improve fine and gross motor skills abilities.
Collaborate with families to provide education and support.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications:
Valid NYS Occupational Therapist license.
Pediatric experience working with children with developmental delays and disabilities is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient-focused approach.
