The role involves leading the design, coordination, and quality control of HVAC and plumbing systems for complex commercial projects. It also requires mentoring junior staff and managing technical risks through rigorous QA/QC practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, an active California PE license, and at least 15 years of commercial MEP consulting experience. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and deep knowledge of California building and energy codes are required.
