Engineering Executive, Mentor and Investor
As a technology executive, I specialize in scaling engineering organizations that deliver high-impact outcomes — fast, responsibly, and at scale. I thrive at the intersection of product, people, and systems, with a focus on building platforms and teams that are resilient, adaptive, and aligned to business priorities.
Throughout my career, I’ve led transformations that reach beyond code — from reshaping architectures to accelerating delivery models to embedding cultural principles like growth mindset and deep ownership. This includes operationalizing AI usage across the entire development lifecycle, modernizing performance frameworks, and evolving team norms to embrace both curiosity and urgency.
I believe that sustainable impact comes from investing in people, setting clear direction, and building trust through consistency. I’m energized by bold goals, collaborative execution, and helping organizations do their best work — together.

Supported senior engineering executives to define and execute plans to build, evolve and maintain their software engineering groups. I help define engineering fundamentals, best practices, desired behaviors, gates to ensure quality deliverables and measurements to track progress.
As part of the Trustworthy Computing / Engineering Excellence Group I was part of a team that defined, build & drove the engineering compliance & gating strategy for Microsoft's products and online services. I supported driving quality and compliance upstream by consulting engineering groups to help them fully understand how to build and design compliance into their products and services releases. In addition, my position entailed driving the planning and development of Quality Essentials (QE), an internal service used by Microsoft’s group.
Took over a post-acquisition engineering group so as to take the group through the adaptation phase of Microsoft’s culture. While doing so, I managed to retain top talent, recruited new talent and restructured the organization to support the business goals. I released IAG SP2 (a year after I joined) in parallel to working on the UAG 2010 release. I managed the DirectAccess development group in order to unify them into UAG’s release train, while helping them make the transition and remain focused on execution. After the successful release of UAG-DA 2010, I took over the TMG development team and rebuilt both organizations to support a larger charter (NAP, UAG-DA and AAG).
I joined Cisco as part of the acquisition of Sheer Networks. I helped build the ANA gateway development team while guiding them through the adaptation phase to Cisco. I managed multinational groups working on the same joint delivery and was responsible for the ANA gateway related components development throughout the releases of ANA 3.5.x and 4.0. I conceived, defined and executed building the escalation group to support ANA 3.x release trains. I lead the PSE program, together with a Nokia Siemens Networks team, as the first step to start the jointed management platform program. In addition, I drove my development group to implement the Scrum methodology (agile development approach) while developing the Orion 0.5 Program.
Served as a board member for Sofaware, a Check Point daughter company.
Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd.
At Check Point I led the SmartUpdate product, starting with requirements to design & development. I led the product management activities including market and competition analysis as well as software development management. In addition, I built the cross company release management cycle for the main stream products (18 products shipped on a single CD), defining and executing the development of tools and processes to support this activity. Together with this, I owned the product management relationship with Nokia and products licensing from both a technology and business perspective. At a later time, I assumed responsibilities for the cross company product life cycle from the business processes (e.g. engineering, support, order entry, partner alliance and internal sales), as well as release cycle perspectives. I took part in CheckPoints’s strategic forum, reviewing and approving the topics for discussion, owner of the price list as well as setting the process to define and publish the business rules.
At Softwatch I was responsible for the product life cycle related processes, including Functional Requirements Specifications and defining the product's 6-12 months roadmap. I was responsible for defining the release cycle and process taking the product through development, QA and documentation as well as composing marketing deliverables. As part of my responsibilities, I was managed 15 members in the PM team.
Lead and managed the product life cycle related processes, including the Marketing Requirements Document, development, QA and documentation processes as well as marketing deliverables. I managed the product managers group, the technical writer and the malicious code research center (MCRC). In addition, I was responsible for the OEM relationships with Intel, IBM and Cisco; managing the marketing and sales activities in Israel; acting as the company’s spokesperson for Israel and Europe.
At Tadiran I was responsible for the system requirements analysis of the existing VoIP products and the implementation of the VoIP technology within Tadiran’s next generation products. In addition, I was responsible for the creation of the Intranet site within the division (HTML 3.0, JavaScript and CGI scripts).
