About this role

avoltra is hiring a Founders’ Associate / Chief of Staff to work directly with the founding team and help build the company’s go-to-market engine for energy-intensive enterprise customers across DACH. This role blends hands-on outbound sales, strategic project ownership, and operational support to accelerate growth and shape the company’s direction.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline across DACH in partnership with the founders.
  • Run outbound execution including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach with tailored messaging.
  • Refine ICP, targeting strategy, and value propositions using market and prospect feedback.
  • Produce high-quality sales materials (decks, one-pagers, follow-ups, business cases) to improve conversions.
  • Join discovery calls to surface customer insights and translate them into better positioning.
  • Act as an extension of the founders on strategic and operational topics, including investor updates and reporting.
  • Lead high-priority special projects end-to-end such as market research, partnerships, or internal initiatives.
  • Support marketing content and event preparation (newsletters, social, messaging).
  • Learn quickly about energy markets and the product to turn insights into improvements across sales and product.
  • Operate autonomously in ambiguous environments and continuously iterate on team processes.

What avoltra is looking for

  • Munich-based and able to work on-site roughly 4 days per week.
  • Strong startup mindset and grit, with corporate backgrounds acceptable when paired with hands-on ownership.
  • Proven experience in outbound and early-funnel sales, including running cold outreach and building pipeline.
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials and participating in discovery calls to inform go-to-market.
  • Comfort working directly with founders and supporting investor/business reporting and strategic initiatives.
  • Track record of owning projects end-to-end and operating effectively with limited structure.
  • Fast learner with interest in energy markets and the ability to translate feedback into product and messaging improvements.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, and Google Workspace.
