About this role
You'll be a Founding Product Engineer at Leegle, building the AI-native regulatory and product compliance operating system for manufacturers and retailers. Working closely with the engineering team and real users, you'll turn the product roadmap into shipped features that deliver measurable value in the legal tech space.
What You'll Do
- Transform the product roadmap into shipped features and measurable user value.
- Engage directly with users to shape and refine the roadmap based on real needs.
- Maintain, refactor, and scale the codebase as the product evolves.
What We're Looking For
- Technical work experience or a strong academic background in computer science or related field.
- Strong product sense with a user-centric, problem-oriented mindset and ability to generalize across customers.
- An AI-native way of working, with heavy use of AI agents integrated into your daily workflow.
- Proven track record of shipping software products to users.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Early-stage startup experience, B2B SaaS background, or domain expertise in LegalTech, RegTech, or AI/ML is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Location
On-site in Munich, Germany, with an expectation of 4 days per week in the office to support a strong in-person culture.
