• Contribute to the development of product features across our AI platform, from technical design to user-facing implementation • Build end-to-end solutions spanning frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers • Collaborate with our design team and customers to gather insights, feedback, and iterate on product features • Implement user interfaces, including full screens, reusable components, and user flows • Maintain and optimize our codebase for performance and user experience • Take over 'Support Engineer' rotations, in which all members from the engineering team regularly shift their focus on supporting our customers and the customer support team
