About this role

Langdock is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Full-Stack Product Engineer to join our team full-time and in person. This early-stage startup role offers the opportunity to own features end-to-end, collaborate closely with our CPO, and deliver AI-powered capabilities that drive enterprise adoption.

What youll do

  • Contribute to the development of product features across our AI platform, from technical design to user-facing implementation.
  • Build end-to-end solutions spanning frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers.
  • Collaborate with our design team and customers to gather insights, feedback, and iterate on product features.
  • Implement user interfaces, including full screens, reusable components, and user flows.
  • Maintain and optimize our codebase for performance and user experience.
  • Take over Support Engineer rotations, shifting focus to assist customers and the support team.

What Langdock is looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
  • Proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js; experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience delivering features end-to-end from concept to deployment in full-stack development.
  • Experience building AI-powered product features and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
  • Strong collaboration experience with a Chief Product Officer and cross-functional teams to shape product direction.
  • Strong CS fundamentals and general education requirements to support rapid learning and adaptation.
