The RN Charge Nurse oversees nursing services and provides daily supervision of staff during operational hours. Key duties include managing clinical processes, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve patient health.
Candidates must hold a current RN license and have at least 12 months of nursing experience, including 3 months in maintenance dialysis. CPR certification and basic computer proficiency are required within 90 days of hire.
