The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for managing and growing medium to large OEM accounts to increase market share and annual growth. This includes leading the sales process, developing customer action plans, and representing the voice of the customer within the organization.
Candidates must be competent in sales philosophy and strategies with the ability to manage CRM data and calculate ROI. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and willingness to travel with extended stays are required.
PURPOSE

Retains and profitably grows sales through proactive management of medium to large size OEM accounts
Meet or exceed annual growth expectations on a consistent basis
