The Director manages CGS supplies and serves as the principal Catechist for school and parish sessions. They are also responsible for coordinating and monitoring the training and certification of volunteer Catechists.
Candidates must be a faithful Catholic in good standing with a Catechesis of the Good Shepherd certification or be currently in the process of formation. Physical ability to handle materials and stand for long periods is required.

He or she shall exhibit a Christ-like respect and fairness in dealing with others and commits to the mission and vision of the Catholic Church, professing in word and deed the beliefs and traditions of the Catholic Church in all public representations. CGS bridges Montessori pedagogy and Catholic faith formation, guiding each child toward independence, curiosity, and inner discipline. The Director of CGS ensures a well-prepared environment, fosters a peaceful and inclusive community, aligned with the school’s mission and Catechesis of the Good Shepherd’s Montessori philosophy.
