Hearing Unlimited, an established private practice in the Eastern Pittsburgh area is seeking an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to lead our front office operations. This role is key in creating a welcoming environment for patients while ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming patient calls and maintain an organized, efficient schedule

• Confidently handle a high volume of phone calls while delivering excellent service

• Contact patients to confirm appointments and minimize gaps in scheduling

• Track and report daily scheduling metrics, including adherence to company phone call

performance standards.

• Professionally handle telephone inquiries and patient requests

• Greet patients promptly and provide exceptional, quality customer service

• Maintain accurate patient records within the scheduling system with a high level of attention to

detail.

• Prepare and type correspondence for providers and staff

• Oversee daily front office operations while fostering a professional, high-quality workplace

• Coordinate appointments to optimize both patient satisfaction and operational efficiency

• Create and update electronic health records (EHR) with precision and accuracy

• Verify patient insurance information thoroughly

Qualifications;

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of front office experience, ideally in a medical setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable managing high call volumes and not hesitant to answer phones

• Ability to follow and meet company phone call metrics and performance expectations

• Ability to work independently and stay organized

• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments

We offer a competitive hourly range along with paid holidays, paid time off, healthcare (paid in part by practice) after 90 days as well as a retirement plan and profit sharing. Growth opportunities available for a motivated candidate. Hours for the position are Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4PM.
