Join Bridgewater Balance & Hearing – Knoxville's Premier Audiology Practice

Bridgewater Balance & Hearing is seeking a full-time Audiologist (Au.D.) to join our growing team.

Bridgewater provides audiological care for Tennessee Early Intervention (TEIS), the only clinic in East Tennessee licensed by the state to serve adults with intellectual disabilities through the Tenncare waiver program (DIDD), Vocational Rehabilitation, and Veteran’s services. We pride ourselves on clinical excellence, compassion, and creating an outstanding patient experience.
What You'll Do
• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations
• Diagnose hearing and balance disorders
• Fit, program, and verify hearing aids using best practices
• Provide counseling and long-term hearing healthcare
• Work with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• ABR both diagnostic and threshold
• Auditory Processing Evaluations
• VNG/EcochG/Vemps
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reports
Qualifications
• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.)
• Tennessee Audiology License (or eligibility)
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
