The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, grounds, and vacant units to ensure a welcoming environment for residents. They also provide support to the maintenance team by performing light repairs and assisting with property functions.
Candidates should have experience in custodial, janitorial, or groundskeeping work and possess a sharp eye for detail. The role requires physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
