The Site Manager ensures the functionality and representativeness of the facility while supporting daily operations through access control and surveillance. Responsibilities include collaborating with management and staff, performing minor repairs with tools, and monitoring camera systems.

Etsimme nyt kohdevastaavaa asiakasyritykseemme Helsinkiin. Tehtävässä toimit yhteistyössä kohteen johdon, henkilökunnan ja yhteistyökumppanien kanssa. Lisäksi huolehdit kiinteistön eri tilojen edustavuudesta ja toimivuudesta. Työtehtävään kuuluu korjaustehtäviä työvälineillä.
Tässä tehtävässä tulet työskentelemään oppilaitosasiakkuutemme monipuolisissa tehtävissä. Tehtävässä korostuvat erityisesti asiakaspalvelu- ja neuvontataidot sekä tiimistyötaidot, sillä työtä tehdään osana palvelutiimiä. Kohdevastaavan tehtävällä tuetaan kohteen arjen sujuvuutta ja ydintoimintaa mm. turvaamalla henkilökunnan työntekoa, tekemällä kulunvalvontaa ja valvontakierroksia kiinteistössä sekä seuraamalla kameravalvontajärjestelmiä.
Työvuorot ovat arkisin klo 7.30-16.00. Tehtävistä maksetaan Vartiointialan työehtosopimuksen mukaista 4. tason palkkaa (2263€/kk). Työsuhde on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva. Maksamme uusille työntekijöille sitoutumispalkkion 500€, kahdeksan kuukautta kestäneen työsuhteen jälkeen.
Etsimme tehtävään sinua, joka omaat positiivisen asenteen ja jolta asiakaspalvelutilanteet hoituvat ammattitaidolla. Tehtävässä korostuu erityisesti hyvät vuorovaikutustaidot sekä organisointikyky. Olet joustava ja tunnet olosi mukavaksi osana moniammatillista tiimiä. Tarvitset työssäsi perushyviä tietoteknisiä taitoja sekä sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa. Ruotsin kielen taito katsotaan eduksi. Työtehtävässä tullaan käyttämään työkaluja (esimerkiksi porakonetta) joten niiden hallitseminen katsotaan eduksi. Työtehtävä vaatii voimassa olevaa vartijakorttia.
Tarvittaessa tarjoamme sinulle mielellämme vaaditun väliaikaisen vartijan koulutuksen (40 h) ennen työsuhteen alkua sekä myöhemmin vartijan koulutuksen (80 h). Emme jätä sinua perehdytyksen ja kohdekohtaisten oppivuorojen jälkeenkään yksin, vaan työsi tukena on aina ammattitaitoinen Securitas-työyhteisömme. Työsuhteen myötä saat käyttöösi monipuoliset henkilöstöetumme, joihin kuuluu mm. kouluttautumismahdollisuuksia, työterveyspalvelut, liikuntaetuja ja muuta virkistystoimintaa.
