Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Basic knowledge or a strong willingness to learn electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry systems is required.

You'll respond to guest requests and maintenance needs with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, helping create memorable experiences through exceptional service and attention to detail. Whether troubleshooting equipment, carrying out preventive maintenance, repairing fixtures, supporting sustainability initiatives, or ensuring all facilities are operating efficiently, you'll play a key role in delivering our signature Whatever/Whenever® service.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: Driver’s License
