Responsible for the general maintenance, repair, and installation of facility equipment to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Duties include performing preventive maintenance, operating boilers and cooling systems, and monitoring electrical switch gear.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and either a trade school graduation or two years of related work experience. A Journeyman's certificate and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC codes are preferred.
