Perform basic repairs, defect inspections, and re-roll operations while safely operating the cut table to meet production schedules. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure product quality and timely shipment.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 35 lbs. Manufacturing experience and lift truck operation skills are preferred.
This position performs basic repairs, defect inspections, re-roll operations, and material handling to ensure product quality and timely shipment. Repair I Associate is also responsible for operating the cut table safely and efficiently while producing accurate cuts to meet production schedules and customer requirements. This role works closely with Production, Quality, and Warehouse Teams to maintain productivity, safety, and operational excellence.
