Key Responsibilities:
Plan and complete all necessary steps in the installation, maintenance, repair and servicing in water and drain systems.
Troubleshoot instances of system malfunctions, interruptions and failures.
Ensure proper billing, invoicing and daily documentation of activities.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finished project.
Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration.
Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, and able to communicate and troubleshoot over the phone with the Operations manager.
Utilizes experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system operations to determine service needs.
Advises owner of residence and Manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
Works in a team environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Able to manage and take lead of the installation and crew while on the job.
Must be able to carry out direction with little to no supervision and strong attention to detail.
Must work in a safe manner daily and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Participate in company’s on-call schedule and have flexibility to work overtime, and weekends, as required.
Ability to follow company’s Drug and Alcohol Policy (pre-employment drug screening and random drug screening participation is required).
