Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to understand evolving business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, ensuring that the software is scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. Problem-solving and adapting to new challenges are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and quality in every deliverable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in dynamic environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
