As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires understanding client needs deeply and translating them into practical business and technology strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and shaping functional and application designs. Ensuring that technology and business solutions align closely with client requirements is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration efforts across diverse business units to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assisting in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong expertise in system integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders across various levels.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
