Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive features that span from the user interface to the backend systems. This role requires engaging with various stages of the software development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, ensuring that the delivered products meet client needs and enhance overall service quality. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Assist in the documentation and knowledge sharing to support team growth and project continuity.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
