Relate is a Minnesota-based nonprofit that brings hope and healing through high-quality mental health to all ages in the West Metro suburbs of the Twin Cities. We have been embedded in our community for 55 years, providing accessible care through office-based services in Minnetonka and Eden Prairie and through school-based care across eight school districts.
