Account Manager (w/m/d) - Acute Renal Care
für die Region: Ostösterreich (Wien, Niederösterreich, Burgenland und Steiermark teilweise)
In dieser vielseitigen Rolle tragen Sie maßgeblich zur Erreichung unserer Gebiets- und Unternehmensziele bei. Sie betreuen vor Allem Bestandskunden, Sie beraten und unterstützen diese zu unseren innovativen Therapie- und Produktlösungen in der Akut-Dialyse. Des Weiteren führen Sie Schulungen für die Anwendergruppen durch.
Vertrieb der Vantive Renal Care Therapiekonzepte
Umsetzung der definierten Vertriebs-, Marketing- und allgemeinen Unternehmensstrategien
Entwicklung, Beratung & Unterstützung unserer Kunden zu Therapien, Geräten und Produkten im Verkaufsgebiet vor Ort oder mithilfe virtueller Medien
Durchführung von Einweisungen nach dem Medizinproduktegesetz inkl. Produktschulungen
Kundenschulungen im Rahmen Train-the-Trainer Konzepts sowie ggf. Therapiebegleitungen
Implementierung des Vantive Learning Support (VLS)
Implementierung evidenzbasierter und standardisierter Schulungskonzepte zur Förderung der Akut-Therapie
Koordinierung von Demostellungen (z.B. Prismax)
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Acute Therapy Specialists
Anwendung und Pflege von Reports im definierten CRM-Tool
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Naturwissenschaften (bspw. Biomedizinische Technik, Medizintechnik) und/oder eine klinische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Vertrieb, Marketing oder Produktmanagement in der medizintechnischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Industrie sowie Erfahrung im Anwendertraining
Vertraut mit den Abläufen einer Intensivstation
Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz, Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
Ausgeprägte Fachkenntnisse in der Nephrologie oder Intensivmedizin
Lösungsorientierter Teamplayer mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative und Freude an Projektarbeit
Fließendes Deutsch und gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache, um an internationalen Veranstaltungen und interdisziplinären Projekten teilnehmen zu können
Routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen einschließlich der Erstellung von Account Analysen und der Auswertung von vertriebsrelevanten Finanzkennzahlen
