The Senior Process Expert serves as a subject matter expert for drug product manufacturing processes, managing operational topics and leading process improvement initiatives. They also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure GMP compliance, mentor staff, and support regulatory inspections.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field and proven experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with fluency in German and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for Drug Product manufacturing processes within Compounding & Filling or Visual Inspection operations.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role:
Austria: EUR 66.918,00 - 112.600,00
The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Further details will be provided during the application process.
