Requires a Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree and licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in PA and/or NY. Hospital experience is preferred.

Conducts drug therapy monitoring and implements drug therapy interventions to reduce adverse events. Oversees the work performed by pharmacy technicians, students and other support staff.
