The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in systems engineering processes and methodologies, particularly in developing stakeholder requirements, verification plans, and assessing mission feasibility. This position involves hands-on technical review, system integration coordination, and stakeholder engagement to address technical challenges and develop effective strategies to resolve them.
Key Responsibilities:

Verification Planning: Develop and manage verification plans to ensure all mission requirements are meeting established technical objective metrics.
Experiment and Launch Coordination: Coordinate with experiment teams and launch providers to resolve technical concerns, ensure compatibility, and address performance and integration challenges while maintaining mission objectives.
Technical Review Support: Lead Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs) tailored to experiment performance and integration into launch systems.
Mission Systems Engineering Oversight: Provide end-to-end systems engineering leadership throughout the mission lifecycle, from requirements development through post-mission analysis.
