Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Copyeditorto join our team. As a Senior Copyeditor,you will effectively handle the quality assessment and challenges within the group on a day-to-day basis.
What you’ll do(Roles and Responsibilities)
Assess the deliverables of the respective group for the day
Review articles based on customer/editor competencies
Quantitatively assess the team's performance
Conduct daily, weekly learning sessions for editors based on the assessment report
Report weekly update on the health of the group/any other challenges
Skills required
Excellent team player with an eye for detail
Ensures the team members are comfortable to handle the assigned tasks
Understands the strengths and weaknesses of the group and finds ways to optimize the strengths
Willingness to take up new responsibilities and volunteers to take up training sessions
Welcome new initiatives and is a frontrunner for the group to follow
