The Associate Scientist will design and coordinate compatibility studies for Parenteral Nutrition products while managing execution with internal and external laboratories. They are responsible for analyzing scientific data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with international stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a scientific discipline with 3 to 5 years of experience, or a PhD with up to 3 years of experience. Strong analytical skills, project coordination experience, and excellent English communication skills are required for this role.

We are currently looking for a Research & Development Associate Scientist II to join our Nutrition Compatibility Team in Braine-l'Alleud.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine scientific expertise, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing directly to the development and compatibility assessment of Parenteral Nutrition products used worldwide.
You'll work in a collaborative and highly international environment, interacting with colleagues across R&D, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Logistics, external contract laboratories, and global Baxter sites.
