The operator will support the start-up of a new pharmaceutical facility by implementing production processes and systems. Key duties include developing SOPs, resolving operational bottlenecks, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet quality standards.
Candidates must have a minimum MBO level 3 diploma and at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or food production. Proficiency in GMP and automation systems like MES/EBR is strongly preferred.
