Requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or lean environment. Must have hands-on experience with precision parts assembly, GD&T, pFMEA, and DFA principles.
The Senior Engineer is responsible for providing on-site technical support for AB Sciex range of mass spectrometers, including process optimization, qualification and/or validation, lead cost and quality improvement projects to drive down product cost and improve first pass yield and internal DPPM. He/She will also be the technical guru and provide mentoring to the engineers.
This position reports to the Director, Manufacturing Operations China and is part of the Manufacturing Engineering Team located in Beijing Changping and will be an on-site role.
