The salesperson is responsible for achieving sales goals through both in-store and digital channels while building lasting customer relationships. They must also maintain the department's appearance through merchandising, stocking, and light cleaning duties.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. The role requires physical stamina for continuous movement, lifting, and handling merchandise for the duration of the shift.
