쿠팡 Korea Treasury Group은 쿠팡 법인의 전사 자금 흐름을 총괄할 뿐 아니라, Treasury 내부통제 업무 등 담당하고 있습니다.
Treasury Operation팀은 자금의 입출과 흐름을 관리하는 부서입니다. 쿠팡의 전체 비즈니스에서 각 결제 서비스로 인하여 발생하는 금액을 분석하고, 자금 흐름을 예측함으로써 효율적인 운용을 통해 회사의 적정 유동성 관리 및 재무안정성을 추구합니다. 계열사 간 정확하고 효율적인 자금 관리를 위해 SAP을 비롯한 관련 프로그램을 개선하고 고도화하고 있습니다. 이에 따라 대 내외적으로 다양한 커뮤니케이션이 많은 것이 특징입니다.
