Design and develop seasonal Women's Underwear ranges by driving trend research and creating development packs. Collaborate with Merchandising and Product Development teams to deliver commercial, customer-focused products that meet quality and cost targets.
Requires 3+ years of experience in fashion design, specifically in underwear or apparel, with a strong understanding of fabrics and fit. A relevant tertiary qualification in Fashion, Textiles, or Design is required along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Designer to join the Bonds Design team, focusing on our Women’s Underwear category.
This role will see you design and deliver trend-led, customer-focused ranges that bring together innovation, brand direction and strong commercial thinking. Working closely with Merchandising, Product Development and R&D teams, you’ll help bring seasonal concepts to life, creating product that feels fresh, relevant and unmistakably Bonds, while delivering to customer needs and business objectives.
