You will lead the development and implementation of ESG strategies, ensuring environmental and sustainability priorities are integrated across all business units. Additionally, you will manage the sustainability team and oversee compliance, reporting, and risk management activities to drive continuous improvement.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Science, Sustainability, or Engineering. Extensive experience in strategic ESG roles within high-risk industries like construction or engineering is required, along with proven leadership capabilities.
As Group Manager - Environment and Sustainability, you will lead John Holland’s environment and sustainability strategy, governance, and compliance activities, providing enterprise-wide oversight and support across our business units and projects. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, with travel as required.
Working closely with the Strategy team and ESG pillar leaders, you will play a key role in coordinating and facilitating the delivery of our ESG strategy, ensuring environmental and sustainability priorities are embedded across the business.
