Lead large-scale retail construction, remodels, and capital improvement projects across multiple states from planning to completion. Provide leadership and mentorship to project management staff while managing budgets, contractors, and stakeholder relationships.
Requires 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, preferably in retail or convenience store environments. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture is preferred.
We're looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale convenience store remodels, capital improvement projects, rebuilds, and new construction initiatives across multiple states. This role serves as a key leader within the construction team, overseeing project execution from planning through completion while providing guidance, mentorship, and support to project management staff and external partners.
This is primarily an office-based position focused on retail construction in active store environments and is best suited for candidates with extensive experience managing complex construction projects, budgets, contractors, and stakeholder relationships.
